The Milestones We've Achieved Along the Way
Spring 2023
A Turning Point
Disaster struck when natural forces destroyed a large greenhouse. Feeling lost, the primary focus shifted to the home décor and apparel business, which had been a side job up until then.
Fall 2023
A New Beginning
For every item sold, a portion would be donated to causes in the community that provided the kind of support TMC28 needed. I created the new name, TMC28, combining our CEO's initials and his lucky number 28, and TMC28 was born.
Fall 2022
The Beginnings
In the fall of 2022, the idea of TMC28 began to take shape. As the growing season came to an end, the search for a way to pay the bills during the off-season started.
This search led to start of designing décor and apparel, printing them on t-shirts, hoodies, and other clothing, as well as mugs, puzzles, and pillows.
Summer 2023
Reflection and Realization
Work on the business model and mission involved deep introspection and grappling with significant challenges and emotions. Establishing a mission and shifting perspectives helped identify the obstacles that needed to be overcome.
Spring 2024
Giving Back
Now, in the summer of 2024, we set monthly goals to raise funds for charity, supporting the mission of TMC28. To show our gratitude, we give back to our customer family with gifts and prizes as we reach these goals.
This is more than a thank you—it’s a token of gratitude from the lessons I learned in my darkest hour.
